... much better benefits.
... a short term and long term reward structure.
... a pretty cute co-worker.
And I wouldn't have it any other way.

You left out the part about no sick days, vacations or holidays.
I agree...best job there is...definetly most fulfilling, most challenging, and least appreciated :-)
The most important part of being a stay at home mom is that some day you will look back at your life, and you will have no regrets. The time you are investing now is worth more to Annie than anything the money from a job could buy for her! I'm so proud of you!!!
